When Melissa and Jonathan got in touch with me about getting engagement photography at the Agricultural History Farm Park, they had such great ideas about what to do – we knew we were going to have a great time. Jonathan was not used to being in front of the camera, but we were able to draw him out of his shell just a bit! hehe
We spent the session exploring the farm, which is always perfect for photos. The landscape is so colorful and the light is so good. There are so many beautiful paths to wander– as well as playing on the old farm equipment, because why not?! We also had fun taking some creative shots with their Scrabble set., which was so much fun. They had a specific shot in mind that they wanted to send out with their Thank You cards to all their wedding guests. We love it when our clients want to collaborate on fun concepts!
The weather was fresh and sunny, which made for beautiful photos. The couple looked so in love throughout the shoot. They wore a cute striped cardigan and a classic blue button up shirt. – and totally rocked it. If you guys haven’t heard of this place, you seriously need to check it out. It’s nestled right up next to Rockville and Gaithersburg. It’s run by the regional Parks and Rec. https://www.montgomeryparks.org/parks-and-trails/agricultural-history-farm-park/
